Andre believed that business and innovation must be used as a tool to create lasting change in South Africa, Africa and worldwide. He was convinced that “Profit should always be the result of achieving your business purpose and must never be the purpose of your business.” He published “Guidelines on Micronutrient Fertilisers” first of its kind in the world. He had rich experience of more that 20 years in companies like Zinchem, Zimalco.
